The R2000's rising 50 DMA is poised to cross above the still falling 200 DMA by the
week's end, even if the R2000 were to decline over 6%. Past 50 DMA positive crosses
above the 200 DMA have normally been followed by near-term consolidation for the
next 20 to 60 trading days with forward gains roughly flat on average and only 2% gains
